Heavenly Angel Food Cake

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2009
Just had to add my amens. This recipe is AMAZING!!!! Love, love, loved it!! It was a little time consuming, since I only have a hand mixer. But worth it a thousand times over. So light, fluffy, tender, moist. Was heavenly with fresh berries!!

Chewy Peanut Butter Brownies

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2009
I multiplied these out to make a hotel pan. They still turned out very well. Very moist and not too strong of a peanut butter taste. Made them at a camp in France this summer multiple times and every time they were a hit.

French Tartiflette

Reviewed: Aug. 2, 2009
Reblochon is a very regional cheese specific to the Alps. Which is what makes this an Alpine specialty. It will be hard to find Stateside. It is really good if you wait for the creme fraiche and put it on top of the cheese and everything the last 10 min.

Almond Bars

Reviewed: Jul. 19, 2009
One of my new favorites. These bars were light and cake like but very moist. Great flavor and just sweet enough. I found this recipe when looking for new bar recipes. I work at a camp in the French Alps and multiplied out the recipe to make the bars for 120. They still turned out great and the campers LOVED them.

I work at a small camp in France and was trying to find new recipes. Casseroles are so easy. This recipe is great! It has been a big hit with the French and Americans alike!! I will be making it again and again.

Tanya's Snickerdoodles

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2007
Absolutely loved this recipe. Currently I am living in France and so I was looking for a snickerdoodle recipe that did not call for shortening. Found this one and made it for about 20 French youth. Was a great hit!!!
