I did not care for the uneven browning on the top layer of my cheesecake when cooked with these directions. My flavors turned out great, but the presenation lacked. Thankfully my blueberry compote hid the top layer.

Kielbasa Appetizers

This was a hit at my family's Thanksgiving! My husband and I were fighting over them the next day. I added cornstarch to thicken the liquid to become more "saucy". Enjoy!

Cajun Corn and Bacon Maque Choux

Great for cookouts. Milk is not needed if fresh corn is used. I also used graped tomatoes as someone suggested. I did add some Cajun seasoning for extra flavor. I made 12 servings and didn't have any leftovers to take home. That's when you know it's good!

Raspberry Oatmeal Bars

I made 3 batches of these for a Cancer Benefit Bake Sale. They were a hit! We sold every last one. I added a little vanilla to my cake batter and oatmeal. This is best served once it's been in teh fridge for a while and the flavors can marry. I also used 2 batches to make with boisenberry, which were excellent as well. Quick, easy and Yummy!

Pork Chops with Fresh Tomato, Onion, Garlic, and Feta

My husband I have been trying recipes from this website for over a year now. This is the FIRST one that we would absolutely make again and again. Wonderful bold flavors. The tomatoes and feta make the dish. My husband does not like either and he "tried" it for me. He ate every bit on his plate. I ate the leftovers at work the next day and 3 people at work went home with the recipe. Thank you for finally having a winner for us!

Chicken Tortilla Soup V

A great treat for the coldest weather. I did add Cayanne to mine to kick it up a notch; my own personal taste. The cheese and sour cream sealed the deal! My entire family ate it up. I'm making it for a potluck at work this week!
