Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2015
Delicious and easy to prepare. I really didn't think I would like this as much as I did, but I'm glad you gave us this yummy recipe. Thank you! I had it along with my favorite Paula Deen honey mustard recipe I found online. This is definitely a keeper recipe. Thanks again!

Traditional Osso Buco

I followed the recipe, with the exception of using veal stew meat instead. I didn't cook the entire meal for the duration recommended since the meat had no bones in it. Maybe that's where I went wrong as the meat was so chewy and the overall flavor was not appetizing to me.

Sorrel Soup

Reviewed: Sep. 1, 2013
Thank you for this recipe. I'm grateful that my dear Hungarian mother and father taught me how to make soska. We have it growing in my NJ garden. Seeds from Hungary. The taste is so much better than the sorrel plant I bought here in NJ. Anyway, we make it like this: fry 2 chopped onions in oil, add about 3-4 gallon sized ziplock bags worth of washed soska/ sorrel with stems removed. Let cook/ soften. Turn off heat. Add mixture to Vitamix ( so worth the investment), blend. Then add 5-8 tablespoons of sugar and a 1/2 cup - 1 cup of sour cream if desired. My dear dad said this was awesome. I asked my mom to help guide me in making this recipe. I know she helped me from Heaven.

Macaroni and Cheese with Caramelized Onions and Bacon

Reviewed: Jul. 13, 2013
This recipe was delicious. I'm actually craving it and need to make more as I'm completely out. I froze individual portions and stored them in the freezer. Heated them up in the microwave, from frozen and they were perfect. Even though it took me quite a while to put this recipe together, it was SO worth it. You will not be disappointed. Great to make for a party or to give as a gift. Thanks for a keeper recipe.

Gluten-Free European Apple Cake

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2013
I'm 1st generation, 100% Hungarian and this was really good. I can't believe it's gluten free. I used coconut flour, since I didn't have almond flour and it came out great. Thank you for such a tasty, easy recipe.

Maple-Balsamic Vinaigrette

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2012
FINALLY, a salad dressing recipe keeper. I'm constantly on the look out for a great salad dressing recipe and this is a great one. Great blend of flavors. I'm using it on my NJ homegrown: kale, spinach, arugula, peppers, tomatoes and cucumbers. I added feta cheese, pecans and dried cherries. DELISH! Thanks again!

I'm sorry but this was the worst banana bread I have ever made. I wish I could say i messed up the ingredients, but I followed everything to a T. Sorry, but I won't be making this ever again.

I am 100% Hungarian and this is the BEST Mushroom Soup I've ever had and it was SO easy to make. Luckily I was able to use the fresh dill and parsley I have growing in my garden. Awesome Recipe! Didn't substitute a thing.
