I'm married to the love of my life and high honey, Jonathan Green. I have a beautiful Daughter, Jaslene Riley Green. I've been cooking for about 5 years and counting. I worked in a southern restaurant for two years starting out, and I've been working in a high class (and very well known in the surrounding community)restaurant for two years and running. I plan to go back to school next fall (I'm skipping a a year because of my pregnancy.)where I plan to major in Business, and minor Potography and continue my studies in cooking.
My favorite things to cook
You name a veggie and a type of fish (or chicken) and I will make it taste better than you ever thought possible! But I'm still working on the Beef thing and I pretty much don't mess with Pork because my family grew up Kosher.

Home grown anything and southern cooking. My mom makes the world's greatest Mashed Potatoes and nothing bet's my mammaw's chicken and Dumplings!

NO ONE makes a better maple glazed Salmon, of Italian talpia than me.NO ONE.
My cooking tragedies
Most of my cooking tragedies occur when I don't hear the timer go off and things get burnt of over done. But that's rare.
