Herb Rubbed Sirloin Tip Roast
I am not a red meat fan but even I have to admit that this was really good. Make sure to take note of the kosher salt - if using table salt cut in half!

Chicken Parmigiana
Great way to use up extra homemade spaghetti sauce! I took a few reviewers advice and salt and peppered the chicken before dredging and also did not top the chicken with sauce until after it was baked.

Chocolate Oat Squares
These "bars" are actually fudge sandwiched between sweet oatmeal cookies. More of a candy. WAY too sweet for anyone in our household.
