New Orleans Corn Bisque with Smoked Sausage

Very filling, easy, quick and yummy. I put about 2 tsp bacon grease in with the butter for the roux. Much more "Southern" flavor. Next time I might try more seasonings and perhaps some garlic.

Buster Bar Ice Cream Dessert

This is the best ice cream dessert that I've had! I took it to a party and everyone raved about it. This is a keeper for any summer get together.

Banana Cake VI

This cake is so moist and delicious. I did not alter the recipe at all nor the baking instructions and it was perfect. My co-workers all wanted the recipe.
