This meatloaf is crazy good. I followed the recipe as written, the only change being I used crushed up goldfish crackers since I didn't have any butter crackers, and other reviewers had mentioned using cheese crackers. And I used a shredded cheddar/mozzarella blend since that's what I had on hand. I whisked up the egg, ketchup and steak sauce together before adding it to the meat. I also made the glaze suggested by other reviewers, and it was tasty, but I don't think it added anything to the meatloaf. the bites without the glaze were just as good as the bites with.
