Well I didn't have a proper pan to bake these in, so I turned the whole thing into a loaf of sorts by pinching all the edges together and baked it on a cookie sheet. It worked. I think my brother ate half of it on his own. He loves cheese cake, so he couldn't keep his hands off these.

Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

I really enjoyed this. My boyfriend was so happy when he got home and saw what I was making. They turned out even better than the fancy ones at the local speciality shop's deli. I cut the recipe in half and added some minced garlic, which I sauted with the onion prior to mixing with the meat. I used the entire can of soup though. I will definitely be making this again.

White Chili with Ground Turkey

The recipes was too soup like, so I had to add less chicken broth. I threw in a small can of corn on my own too -- otherwise it would have been a 5. It was different, but a really nice change from the traditional chili I always have.

Tzatziki Sauce I

Yum. I used greek yogurt and added a cucumber to the mix also. I served this as a dip with veggies and pita chips and then used it as a sauce for Greecian Pork. Outstanding.

Terrific Turkey Meat Loaf

I was really impressed with this, so was my boyfriend. We used the leftovers to make sandwiches the next day. Sourdough bread with mozzarella cheese heated in the oven until bubblely...then a big hunk of warmed meatloaf on top...yum.

Crackle Top Molasses Cookies

I am NOT a baker. I love baked goods, but I can't make them. They always taste good, but look horrible. I was so happy last night when these came out of the oven and looked like I had purchased them at a high end bakery. I took some to work and they got rave reviews by everyone. Someone even asked for the recipe...I was so proud of myself. I think I'm going to have to make another batch today!

Sangria! Sangria!

AMAZING! I love sangria, so there was no doubt I would enjoy this. I was so excited when my guests adored it too. The men were too "manly" to try it, but 3 girls (including myself) downed 2 batches. I will definitely be making this again.

Easy Marinated Vegetables

This was just great. I mixed in some crumbled reduced fat feta and used Ken's Greek Dressing. I served it as salad for a meal. It made a lovely little snack the following day too. I prepped the whole thing the night before so it had plenty of time to marinate and soak up the dressing.

Grecian Pork Tenderloin

This turned out really well. Even the "picky" eaters of the group devoured it. I prepped the meat the night before and let it marinate for about 24 hours. It was so moist. I tossed it in a roasting pan (along with all the marinade) and baked it at 450 for about 20 minutes. I served it with Tzatziki I (recipe from this site) and it was a huge hit.

Veggie-Bean Brunch Casserole

I thought this was pretty good. My boyfriend thought it was just okay. I attempted to give some leftovers to a family member and they wouldn't touch it. I'd make it again, but maybe just for myself.

Sugar 'n' Spice Nuts

These turned out really nice. I didn't add the ground cloves because I'm not a fan and I think I'll cut back a bit on the ginger next time as well. They were still very tasty though.

Gobble Up Granola Snacks

Pretty good, although I think the recipe needs to be tweeked a bit to my liking. I used Kashi Go Lean - High Protein & High Fiber Cereal in place of the rice cereal. I also added some flax seed and replaced some of the corn syrup with honey. It's a good base recipe to play around with. I'm excited to try another batch.
