Sorta Salisbury Steak

This was a very easy and yummy recipe. I use this recipe a lot.

Great sauce starter.... I used ground turkey instead of beef. I also put mushrooms and green pepper and onions in the sauce. I let it cook for about 3 hours and then made the lasagna.I think next time I am going to make a crock pot of it and cook it all day to get all the seasonings soak in.

Special Salmon Steaks

I made this for my husband for valentines day. He loved it. I did it a little different. I use slice lemons and then i put the slice lemon with the salmon. I did the baking with indivials put each one in foil and put my seasonings and i had a sliced tomatoe and lemon with it. It turned out wonderful.

This is a very good recipe. My hubby loves them. I live in Texas but orginally from Ohio. I thought I would make them up ahead of time for Thanksgiving friends from the north are coming in. Thumbs up on this...
