Loved it! Did add a bit of ground red pepper and mustard. Next time also would add a touch of garlic powder. Creamy texture, delicious flavor!

Maria's Pepper Steak

DELICIOUS!!! Bought an inexpensive flat steak and marinated it for several hours in the garlic, vinegar, honey and soy sauce. Cooked the veggies first as recommended by others, then cooked the beef in the marinade. Combined all at the last minute. Served with the cilantro rice recipe from Chipotle and my whole family loved it. Will be making again and again!

Hot Fudge Ice Cream Bar Dessert

Orange Slice Cookies II

Added butterscotch and white chocolate chips. Tasted delicious, but for some reason I could not get these to cook correctly. They were flat and greasy in the middle. Tried different cookie sheets, adding flour, oats, etc, but no success. I like my cookies to look good as well as taste great!

Coconut Oatmeal Cookies II

Added butterscotch and white chocolate chips. For some reason, I could not get these to cook correctly. They were flat and greasy in the middle. Tried several cookie sheets and adding more flour, oats, etc, but no success. They tasted wonderful, but I like my cookies to look good too!

Chicken and Cheese Stuffed Jumbo Shells

I felt this recipe was very average. I even added extra parmesian cheese and sauted some celery in with the mixture. My family didn't complain, but it didn't get any compliments either.
