Chocolate-Filled Crescents

Awesome....Dahh...why did I not think of this before...very easy and quick fix especially for kids!! I am thinking of trying cinnamon and sugar mixture or with some cream cheese as well...hmmm

Blackberry Cobbler II

Awesome.... I did not have that many blackberries, used 2 1/2 cup fresh berries and 2/3 amount of the crust recipe, baked in 9 inch pyrex pie dish...very nice. Ha also reduced the sugar to 1/3 cup in crust and 1/2 cup in berries. My berries very too tart and little more sugar would have been better but this was not bad either. Also added cinnamon and vanilla extract to dough. Served it with icecream..yum...guests loved it. Will definately make again.

Tomato-Cream Sauce for Pasta

Loved it ... I just prepared this for lunch and it is awesome....keeper. Added some red chilli flakes (we like spicy) and used fresh basil ...also I pureed the sauce before adding the milk (whole milk) ..also used much more garlic ..we love garlic

Rolled Buttercream Fondant

Being my first fondant...very nice. But as others have said, found it tooo sweet also more greasy. But I am looking for a recipe without gelatin thats the reason went for this one. I like it but not completly satisfied with I got. I am going to try and keep searching but till I find the one this will be my fondant recipe. I halfed the recipe as other mentioned it required much more sugar. Also used butter flavored crisco. Taste was good but way too sweet for us. I just kept kneading in more sugar till I felt it was right!!

Zucchini Brownies

This is a great recipe. I was looking for eggless brownie recipe and stumbled upon this one...what a luck I halfed the recipe and used a 8 inch cake pan. Followed the recipe exact. It is a treat. I am a chocoholic but do not like things too sweet, whenever I try a recipe I always put less sugar than mentioned but for this one I did not since some reviewers mentioned it was not sweet without the icing and true they are. even for me the sweetness seemed less ... if u are not planning to ice it defintely increase the quantity of sugar. Next time I plan to try with applesauce

Pinwheel Italian Calzones

Great idea !!! ... i basically bored the idea here and used ingredients that were on hand and less cheese but yet yummy. Turned out great. I did grill the vegs in a tsp of oil on stove top before using them.

Rich and Creamy Tomato Basil Soup

Yum Yum ...very similar to Tomato basil soup we get here at vons store which we love. I halfed the recipe to give it a try I did not have tomato juice, I mixed 1 oz of tomato paste with one cup of water which worked just fine. I did not bother deseeding or taking the skin out of the tomatos. I just chopped the tomatoes and added to the juice and shimmered. Then i strained and blended the rest and added back to the soup. I warmed the butter added some crushed garlic and then the blended tomato paste. Then added the cream and some salt and pepper. To make little spicy i added Hot-Sweet tomato sauce. Thanks for the recipe.

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies III

Very nice...easy to make and taste great. I halfed the recipe(testing !!!) skipped the white sugar and used WHOLE WHEAT. They came out nice in shapes too(i shaped the cookies with hand and placed them on the sheet which gave them the perfect shape). They are a little crumbly though crumble if just press a little harder (speaking in point of view from toddler ... no issues for us ) It is always good to find a eggless cookie recipe(being vegetarian). Thanks for the sharing.

Italian Herb Bread I

Yum yum yum .... My house smelled like heaven !!!! I skipped the cheese,onion powder, used dried herbs(did not have any i wanted to try it so bad), fresh garlic. Very nice ...and stayed soft the next day (i have had problems bread fealing very dry up next day). We could eat this bread just like that or with butter ... Thanks for the recipe ...i will be trying this with whole wheat and other herbs tooo

Amazing Whole Wheat Pizza Crust

Very very good. I am completely new to baking and making a pefect home made pizza is my new addiction. I have been trying many recipes and tecniques. I love this one. Tastes nice and bit healthy too..what more can u ask from a recipe. Definately give it a try!

Plain Eggless Cake

Awesome....could not have asked for better cake and it is eggless hurray!!!!!!! We are vegetarian.I never bothered baking ever since i had an idea that good cake can be made without eggs.then i saw this recipe here and looking at the other reviews i had to give it a try. So i baked it today and it was so easy (never thought making a cake was this easy) and it came out so welll ..i have no changes in the ingredients but made half the quatity mentioned..i just loved it so did my 20 month old son! Now i am plannig to bake a cake for his birthday. cannot wait. thank you very much for sharing the recipe.
