Bread Pudding with Whiskey Sauce
My family loves this. I use several more eggs, half and half (less milk), less sugar and Challah bread. No nuts for my hubby. So we like chocolate chips and chopped up dried apricots instead. The sauce was excellent too.

Banana Banana Bread

Lemon Square Bars
This is an incredible recipe that I've been making for more than 20 years. It is even better with fresh grated lemon peel in the custard mix before baking. Everyone always asks for the recipe. A keeper!
