Liver and Onions
This is how I've always cooked liver. The key is to not overcook it! It should still be nice and tender, not dried out.

Pumpkin Cake I
My 8yr old gave it "2 billion thumbs up". I did make a couple small changes. I used 2.5 cups Butternut squash that had been BBQ'd. I also cut back the nutmeg to 2/3 tsp since I was using freshly grated. No nuts either. This is a wonderfully moist and flavourful cake.

The Best Fresh Tomato Salsa
I made this very close to the suggested proportions. I used 2 jalapenos instead, seeding one. I also did not measure my lime juice, I simply juiced 1 very juicy lime into it. My biggest suggestion is to seed the tomatoes first as it gets watery if not.
