These were outstanding. Who knew something so simple could taste so great? This is going in my permanent recipe file to make every holiday season.

This was fantastic. I followed the recipe exactly with the exception of using walnuts in place of pine nuts because I didn't have any on hand. I considered cutting the cilantro and parsley as recommended by another review, but I ended up adding the full amount in increments because every time I added more, it just got better. This is going in my permanent recipe file.

This is my favorite marinade recipe. I have used it with salmon, various kinds of white fish, chicken, hot dogs, beef--you name it--and it has been outstanding on every single one of them. I typically triple or quadruple the recipe, add it to a variety of meats, and then freeze them until I'm ready to use them. I've served this to company a number of times and received rave reviews every time.

We loved this recipe and will definitely make it again. I used some of the other reviewers' suggestions and increased the oj to 1.5 cups, and the soy sauce to 1.5 tablespoons. I also added a tablespoon of sugar and a splash of lemon juice. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is that I think the name is misleading because the orange flavor is so subtle. I decided Bev's orangey onion chicken was more accurate, or just Bev's chicken. It sure is juicy and moist, though!

This is my very favorite blueberry muffin recipe. I do make some variations, though. I use rice milk instead of soy milk, and I eliminate the lime juice and instead add an extra 1/2 tablespoon of vanilla. I also decrease the sugar to 2/3 cup because i cut the sugar in pretty much everything I bake.
