Great stroganoff! I made a few changes though. I used 1 1/2 lbs of stew meat, I put 3 cubes of beef bouillon in 2 cups of water along with the golden mushroom soup. 10 minutes before serving I mixed in 8 oz. of cream cheese and 1 cup of sour cream - this thickened the sauce and made that classic stroganoff flavor really come out. If I had extra mushrooms on hand, I would have definetely sauteed and added them to the dish. I served this over egg noodles and everyone ate it up!
