I am just a plain taste good, fill your tummy, make you happy cook. I have one talent and that is I can pretty much make a meal out of just looking in the cupboard, fridge and freezer and taking what I can find and using my creativity and having a good meal on the table in less then an hour. I am a cook that does not measure things, I taste to make sure I have used the right amount of ingredients..I love makeing meals out of nothing and enjoy cooking, but baking ugg.

Maple Glazed Turkey Roast
This was really good..more like yummy. Followed the recipe. Only thing I did different was I injected the turkey with the maple glaze and it was the juiciest, tastiest turkey I think I have ever had.

Tarragon-Almond Green Beans
Made this for dinner tonight...folowed it step by step, except, I added mushrooms and didn't have any green onion so used what I had a yellow onion. My husband and I both loved it..thanks for posting.

Slow Cooker Lancaster County Pork and Sauerkraut
This is not a recipe that I would usually make...It just sounded different so I tried it...It is fantastic, not the best recipe to look at but if you can get by the drab appearence, the flavor is out of this world..the only thing I did different was I got lazy and added four cleaned hardball size red potatoes and let them cook in the beer and oh were they good, cut up with a little butter and some of the juice on them. This is a great recipe. Thank you for sharing it.
