These was very easy and very good. I followed the directions exactly. I drained the beans, but would not do that next time. It's a very thick, hearty chili that I think needs the liquid. I will definitely make this again!

I followed the directions exactly. It was very good! Next time I will mix the pasta with the sauce before layering. I like things a little more blended.

These are easy, just like the name states. They taste good, but they aren't anything spectacular. I'll make them again when I want something sweet but don't want to work too hard for it.

Easy OREO Truffles

These are delicious! I made them exactly as written in the recipe. That being said, I will make one change next time. Instead of dipping in melted Baker's chocolate, I'll buy the melting chocolate that you get at a craft store that is meant to be used to coat treats.

Layered Chicken and Black Bean Enchilada Casserole

I made the recipe as written. I agree with others that it was sort of bland. It needs some extra spice in it. We had fresh salsa on hand that we dropped on top and it did the trick!

Chewy Peanut Butter Brownies

Eh...these were just okay. I followed the recipe as written (except used butter because I didn't have margarine) and I would have to agree with other reviewers that they didn't have a strong, definite flavor. Mine also turned out gooey rather than chewy.

Penne with Chicken and Pesto

Maybe I made a mistake, but mine turned out runny and kind of bland. My husband thought it tasted like a Stauffers dinner. Update: This is much better the second day! The noodles absorbed some sauce so it wasn't runny anymore. It went from 3 to 4 stars for me. My husband now says he'll eat it again. He wouldn't have said that the day before.

Lime Chicken Soft Tacos

These are delicious as-is. I was skeptical about the oregano at first, but it's really good! You *must* put salsa, sour cream, and monterey jack cheese on these. You'll want to make them again and again!

Caprese Pasta Salad

This is delicious! You can't go wrong with basil, tomato and cheese. One thing I didn't think to do that I should have done - rinse the pasta with COLD water before combining it with the pesto, cheese and tomatoes. I simply drained it and it ended up melting my cheese. It's still good, but would be better with un-melted cheese.

This was good but a little bland. I used plain breadcrumbs, but will use seasoned breadcrumbs or add salt next time. I'm sure that the added seasoning will give it 5-star flavor.
