This is my new favorite side dish! My family and I could not stop eating it! I doubled the spices, as many others did and I added coriander, garam masala, dried cilantro and garlic salt. EXCELLENT recipe!

Smooth Sweet Tea

This is my absolute favorite sweet tea recipe! Sometimes I add a few slices of fresh ginger to my batch of sweet tea. I have also substituted two of the tea bags for flavored tea bags, such as peach to make a delicious batch of flavored sweet tea!

Curried Egg-white Salad Sandwich

I just made this with Easter eggs that we had dyed. I added 2 Tablespoons of finely chopped celery and used dried parsley versus fresh. This recipe is excellent!

Emily's Famous Marshmallows

The kids and I loved this recipe. We used my favorite vanilla from Cozumel, Mexico and it took on that great flavor. We colored sugar by adding a few drops of food coloring to about 3/4 cup of regular sugar in a sandwich sized zip lock bag. We used the colored sugar to coat our "Peeps".

Toasted Pumpkin Seeds with Sugar and Spice

EXCELLENT! My kids and I LOVED this recipe. It makes the seeds taste like the nuts that you can buy at our mall and fair. I cooked the seeds for 30 minutes on 275 degrees. This would make a perfect party favor or gift for a teacher. Just roll parchment paper into a cone, fill and tie the top with a ribbon.

Caramelized Spicy Pumpkin Seeds

This recipe has an excellent mix of sweet and spicy flavors. I was afraid to try it, because of the cumin and ginger (even though I like these flavors). You could not taste any one ingredient. It is the perfect blend. I only used 1 cup of seed for this recipe and cooked the seed for 30 minutes on 275 degrees. They turned out great!

Tilapia Soft Tacos with Chipotle Cream

My husband cooked this for us for dinner. This was the first meal that he has prepared for us in over 8 years!!! It came out great. The flavors go together perfectly. One taco was plenty for each of us. My 9 year old asked if we could have this for dinner every night!

Beef Samosas

This is an excellent recipe that is full of flavor. I used eggroll wrappers that I found in the produce section of my grocery store. I cut the wrappers in half and folded them over three times into a triangle. I dipped them in sour cream and salsa. You can also dip them in mint chutney. I will make these again!

Chicken Tikka Masala

EXCELLENT Indian dish! I made it for a birthday party and so many people requested the recipe. If you do not like a lot of salt, cut back what the recipe calls for. My 6 year old adds the leftover plain yogurt to his to tone down the heat! Great recipe. P.S. You do not have to cook the chicken on skewers. Just cook the bite-size pieces on a grated pan (so the juices drain) over the stove.

Carrot Cake III

The cake was okay, but not the best. I would take out a cup or two of batter, so you will not have to cook it too long to cook the middle. You can make cupcakes with the extra batter. I will try another recipe next time.

Seven Layer Taco Dip

EXCELLENT RECIPE! It fits perfectly in a trifle bowl as shown. I will make this for every party that I attend or host from now on! Very tasty! I did not expect it to be anything special, but the excellent reviews turned me onto this recipe.
