Super easy crepes. Even my housemates (who have never made crepes before) were pros at making them when we finished thanks to this easy recipe. Also used the apple compote suggested by another user - delicious, especially with a little peanut butter too!

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

This recipe was phenomenal! I did one of the different crusts suggested, with extra cinnamon, sugar, nutmeg and then used crushed maple pecans as well. I was a little too afraid of overbeating, and ended up with a lumpy batter - but the top was solid! I also should have double wrapped the pan in foil for the water bath. Some of the water got in and made a mushy crust. But I can't wait to try it again!

Peanut Butter and Banana French Toast

Great recipe! I burnt it because I didn't realize how quickly it would brown up, but it should be better for next time. I didn't have any vanilla on hand, so I used some hazelnut powder instead, which added an extra nutty flavor.

Cherry Waldorf Salad

I don't usually review recipes, but my family loved this one! The cherries and cranberries added a unique tartness to the traditional recipe, and it's already been requested again. I thought the mayo base wouldn't be enough, but it was a perfect amount to coat everything without being overbearring.
