Hawaiian Chicken I
I have been making this recipe for years, and it is delicious. I do a few things differently. I don't use the butter at all, and I use only a few drops of Worcestershire sauce. I'm not a huge fan of Worcestershire, but using a few drops will cut down on the sweetness of the sauce, without changing the flavor of it. I thicken the sauce with a mixture of cornstarch and water. I add some Monterey Jack cheese on top of the pineapple and let stay on the grill until melted. I serve this sandwich-style on 9-Grain bread that has been buttered and fried on one side.

Sophie's Zucchini Bread
This bread is wonderful, very moist and flavorful. I made a few changes to the recipe, however. I only had enough zucchini for 2 cups, shredded. So I shredded a Golden Delicious apple, and that made up for the third cup. (I'm sure it would be good with shredded carrots if you wanted to use that, rather than the apple.) I used 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar, and 1/2 cup brown sugar. I also sprinkled in some nutmeg and ground cloves. Very, very good!

Easy Lemon Cake
I made this for Easter, and it is wonderful! I wondered if a yellow cake mix and lemon gelatin mix would be an odd combination, but with the glaze, it was very lemony. It is even more moist the next few days. My family loved it!
