Felix K.'s 'Don't even try to say these aren't the best you've ever eaten, because they are' Chocolate Chip Cookies
This is my favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe ever. They come out perfect every time. I prefer my cookies soft, so these are just what I was looking for. I make them for bake sales, and I get major compliments every time. My kids friends love them, and always try to barter for them when I put them in their lunch boxes. I make no adjustments to the ingredients, but I do make them slightly smaller. I get about 30 cookies out of this recipe. I will probably never use another recipe again! Thank you Felix!

Extra-Yummy Fluffy Pancakes
I love this recipe. I always double it to feed my family of four, and I usually have a few left over. I find this recipe calls for too much milk though. As I said, I double all ingredients, leaving the milk for last. As with making bread, I start with 1 1/2 cups and continue adding it until I get the consistency I want, usually somewhere around 2 cups total for a doubled recipe. And I go heavy on the vanilla. Most times I use melted butter instead of the oil, but using the oil is also fine. Last night I added chopped fresh peaches. Delicious!

Blonde Brownies I
If you love chewy chocolate chip cookies, this recipe is for you. I make it all in one bowl though...first melt the butter, then stir in the brown sugar, followed by the vanilla and egg. Then mix in the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Finish by stirring in the nuts and chocolate chips (we like ours stirred in, not on top). This consistently comes out perfectly, and we love them!
