Southwestern Egg Rolls

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2008
This recipe is very close to ones you get when dining out. I made these for my family and they have been raving about them ever since! I only added carrots, shredded, celery, garlic, green pepper, red onions all minced and sauted. I used flour tortillias and deep fried them and also used a sour cream dipping sauce. Very Very good and this recipe is a keeper!!!

Bread Pudding II

Reviewed: Jul. 4, 2007
My grandfather who isn't doing too good requested bread pudding for the 4th of July like his mother used to make... I had no clue how to make it. I came upon this recipe and made it jumping in feet first. It was rather simple, but not knowing what the texture is suppose to be, i was unsure if it was right. My grandfather gave the approval tonight as he poured the milk over his second helping. Thanks for the recipe and bring a bit of his past back to him in these hard times.

Grilled Brown Sugar Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jul. 4, 2007
At first I was sugar about the different ingredients in this one, but I am soo glad I took a chance. It is quite a nice change from the tradional breaded chops I usually make.. My husband loved this recipe and told me I better make them again!

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches

Reviewed: Jul. 4, 2007
I made this last night for dinner, and I have none leftover! It was really good! I didn't think it would have much flavor with just the beef broth, but it did. I also used Open Pit Honey BBQ sauce. I have been talking about it all day! This one is worth it! thanks
