Indian Chicken Curry II

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2008
YUM! I only made a couple of changes because I didn't have some of the items on hand. Instead of coconut milk I used evaporated milk..and instead of plain yogurt I used sour cream. It still was great. The 1st curry recipe I've ever made but it turned out! Thank you for sharing the recipe.

Easy Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2013
These are great sugar cookies!! No need to change a thing. I even used whole wheat flour for 1/2 the flour called for and still awesome! About a previous review...slightly softened butter works great but you need to make sure to cream it (make fluffy) with the sugar....if it's mush..defeats the purpose of creaming it with the sugar.

OH MY!! This recipe turned out sooo good! I followed the custard recipe. I made individual ramekins 350 for 30 minutes and chose to add a caramel sauce to the top. It is so yummy!! sweet but not sickly sweet. OHHHH my...that's all I can say.

My whole family loves this!! I added just a little bit of curry...delish!! It really needs long grain and wild rice...tried it with regular rice package...rice was too mushy.

Very Chocolate Ice Cream

Reviewed: Feb. 14, 2012
I made the custard base and oh man! It is delicious!! I used dark cocoa powder and then melted milk chocolate chips in place of the chocolate...waiting for it to cool...and I'm going to whip the whipping cream before adding it. Make it fluffier..

Cheesecake Cookie Cups

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2010
These are really good, not too sweet but yummy. I followed the recipe and didn't have any trouble with them turning out. I used the rest of the condensed milk and made caramel out of it in the microwave (cook on 50% for 4 minutes stopping every 2 minutes to mix and then cook for 6 more minutes at 30% stopping every 2 minutes again to stir...don't forget) and then spooned it on top. Yum!
