Cheese Wafers

Reviewed: Jul. 4, 2007
These are pretty tasty. I used a steakhouse spices blend for the red pepper flakes and also added a spicy mustard instead of hot sauce. (just a personal preference) I did have to add water to make it stick together..but they turned out very good!

This bread was so good! We couldn't even wait for it to cool off before we slathered on some butter and had a piece. I did have to add a little more flour..but not very much.

easy recipe to make!! It was very tasty. Instead of soy sauce, all I had was a chinese chicken salad dressing. MAN OH MAN it was good...probably not authentic but very tasty.

Oatmeal Applesauce Bread

Reviewed: Sep. 22, 2007
This is a great recipe! I used apple juice instead of water. No sugar but a tablespoon of molasses. 2 cups flour and 1/2 cup oats. Is so yummy. I also tried it with putting a cinnamon swirl in the bread by rolling it out into a rectangle, putting just a little bit of applesauce on it and sprinkling a brown sugar/cinnamon mix on it, rolling it up short end, sealing it with a little water and put in the bread pan seal side down. YUM-O

Indian Chicken Curry II

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2008
YUM! I only made a couple of changes because I didn't have some of the items on hand. Instead of coconut milk I used evaporated milk..and instead of plain yogurt I used sour cream. It still was great. The 1st curry recipe I've ever made but it turned out! Thank you for sharing the recipe.

OH MY!! This recipe turned out sooo good! I followed the custard recipe. I made individual ramekins 350 for 30 minutes and chose to add a caramel sauce to the top. It is so yummy!! sweet but not sickly sweet. OHHHH my...that's all I can say.

My husband and 2 year old loved these. I used butterscotch pudding which gave them an awesome taste. I didn't find it fake or too sweet at all. I used semi-sweet chips which helped I think.
