Mouse's Macaroni and Cheese
This was delicious but I did make the following adjustments: I used 2 cups of medium shell pasta, added some chopped broccoli and chopped ham and used whatever cheese I had in the fridge which was yellow cheddar, white cheddar, and monterey. I added onion powder, garlic powder and paprika to the seasoning in the milk mixture. Then I baked it for 20 minutes and took the cover off and broiled for another 5 minutes on 400 because my husband and I love the crunchy bread topping. I used a 2.5 qt casserole dish since I increased the amout of pasta. This one is a keeper.
