Slow Cooker Apple Butter
I cut back on the sugar to 1 c. brown and 1 c. white. I also cooked it on high for just an hour and then turned to low for the remaining time. Awesome! I would have given it 5 stars had I not modified the sugar content.

Strawberry Cheesecake
This was my fist attempt at making a real, baked cheesecake. It was fabulous. I took the advice of other reviewers and cut the cinnamon down to 1 tsp. I also used fresh strawberries and added a tablespoon of sugar to the puree to add a little sweetness. I made two of these for Father's Day and received thumbs up from both my dad and my husband. I would definitely make this again.

Cowboy Oatmeal Cookies
Perfection with a few changes! I added 1 tsp. of vanilla, an additional 1 c. of oats, and used 1/2 cup butter and 1/2 cup applesauce in place of margarine and oil. I reduced the brown and white sugar to 2/3 cup each. I also used chocolate chips because that is what I had on hand. These cookies are 5 stars with these adjustments.
