Neiman Marcus Cake II
This cake is too dense for me. It should be called a bar instead.
It didn't taste much different from the yellow cake mix except denser. Very dissappointed.

Asian Chicken Salad
I didn't have dried rice noodles in the pantry so I excluded it, added mandarin oranges and used romaine instead. IT WAS FANTASTIC! I steamed plain chicken and shreded it. The dressing was enough to season the chicken when the pieces are thin enough. Great way to eat salad!
