I made this for an impromptu dinner party and it was so scrumptious my guests were scrambling to get the last morsels.
Changes I made: Reduced mayo by 1/2 and then added 1 part cream cheese and 1 part sour cream; I added 3 cloves minced garlic and about 1/2 c chopped spinach; I sauted the garlic, spinach, and artichoke hearts prior to baking; I used a 3-cheese blend of fresh parmesan, asiago, and romano cheeses.
Served on a bed of long grain brown rice cooked in chicken broth and with roasted broccoli, cauliflower, and red peppers.
