Chocolate Frosting I

Super easy! I frosted a 9 x 13 pan of brownies. It was just right. I don't like alot of frosting though. Thanks for the easy recipe.

Honey Carrot Cake

Reviewed: May 24, 2009
I followed the ingredients exactly (except the frosting) and it's awesome! I baked it in a sheet pan instead of 9x13 pan (it only took 18-20 minutes to bake).

Super easy & yummy! I used Club Crackers and there was plenty of flavor. I also cut the butter way back, and removed the cover for the last 15 minutes.

I already had rice cooking before I read the entire recipe - so we had ours over rice. Super yummy!

Broccoli Chicken Divan

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2008
I used frozen chopped broccoli (I didn't have fresh), used 1 cup cheese and omitted the bread crumbs on top. I also used some sour cream and less milk. When I cooked my chicken I added some seasonings (fresh garlic & season salt). Super tasty! Will make again!

Quick Spaghetti Sauce

I skip the green pepper and use only 1/2 the Italian seasoning. What an awesome & easy spaghetti sauce! It tastes so fresh compared to the canned ones. Thanks for a great recipe!

Cheesy Baked Salmon

I also baked it on top of asparagus. I sprinkled mine with some dry parmesan spread mix and a couple pats of butter. I then eliminated the cheese on top. Superb!

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2008
Awesome! I put all of the ingredients into a food processor and mixed it up that way. Then I put it in a small crockpot and heat it for a couple of hours. It was great for a New Year's Eve get together.

Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2007
Yummmy! I also did as other reviewers and used 1 1/2 packets in the bread and made a crumb topping with the other 1/2. I also added some chopped apples to the applesauce since I didn't have chunky applesause.

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies I

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2007
I modified this recipe a bit. I used: 1/4 cup Splenda and 1/2 cup white sugar (instead of 3/4 cup white sugar), 2 cups store bought granola (instead of 2 cups rolled oats) and 1/2 cup shortening + 1/2 cup butter (instead of 1 cup shortening). I also added 1 tsp vanilla. They are super soft and scrumptous! Thanks for the recipe!
