These were ok. I followed recipe and added a little lemon juice because it seemed dry.

Tortilla Ham Pinwheels

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2010
Great base for this recipe. I mixed in mayo in the cream chez (about 2 spoonfuls) and used dry ranch dressing mix (not the whole packet). Also spread diced veg. like green and red peppers. You should use THIN sliced ham, turkey or salami......everyone will rave!!!! Also, wrap and stick them in the frig overnight, they will be easier to cut.

Cheesecake Topped Brownies

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2010
What a great combo, brownies and cheesecake!!!!! I followed recipe exactly except didnt frost the top. I felt no need for it because the dessert is already sweet enough. Mines didn't turn out so pretty but very very yummy :)

Tacos in Pasta Shells

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2009
My only changes are: I added sauteed onions to the beef, browned the beef and added chopped tom. I used 4oz of cream chez, a taco seasoning packet and I didn't have taco sauce so I just poured some green salsa. But some kind of red sauce should be used (my shells lacked that nice red color that is pictured). And the tortilla chips are neccesary because it gives it a much needed crunch. VERY TASTY DISH!!!!!

Crab and Pea Salad

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2009
I gave it 3 stars because it was very bland and dry. I ended up adding 1/4 cup more mayo, 1/4-1/2 cup sour cream, salt, pepper, fresh lemon juice, 1/4 cup finely chopped celery and a pinch more onion powder. I only had 12oz of crab meat and didn't use as much peas as the recipe called for.......turned out pretty good. Crab, peas and bacon is such a good combo....ENJOY!!!!

Yummy!!! I used 1 cup feta cheese (I LOVE feta) and the tri-color rotini. It would also be good with some grilled chicken.

Dijon Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 5, 2009
Yummy!!!!! I have made this salad twice already. The first time I made it exactly as written and the second time I didn't have enough grapes so I used an apple. This salad is a big hit in my house. We love the crunchyness and sweetness of it.
