Fudge Puddles

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2010
THis is such an easy dessert that also presents very nicely! I made before following the recipe pretty much. THis time I added in halvah to the chocolate sauce and they are OUTSTANDING! If you know what that is and can get some- add in a nice chunk when you're melting the chocolate and yummmm!

I make pot pie when I have left over chicken soup. That way, I already have the boiled chicken, the chicken broth and partially the veggies too. what a treat!

Fortune Cookies I

Reviewed: Oct. 23, 2007
I was so excited to find this recipe. I doubled the recipe and added a few TBL water and a bit of oil to the batter. The hardest part at first was shaping it so I devised this method after a few tries: I placed a kitchen towel on the table and on top of it a piece of wax/baking paper. Then I placed the flat cookie hot out of the oven on it, inserted fortune and quickly sealed it(keeping my hands on opposite side of towel) and placed in muffin pan to cool. Give yourself a couple hours for this since you can only make about 2-3 at a time.

Chicken and Apple Curry

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2007
This was quite tasty. I used coconut milk and more curry. I also baked it over a bed of raw rice and added water. The flavors seeped into the rice. I only didnt really taste a distinct apple flavor.
