Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

This soup is so easy and so good. My family loves it.The only change I made was I use crushed tomatoes my husband doen't like the whole tomatoes.

Smothered Meatballs

I have been looking for this meatball recipe. My husband had these as a kid at a friends and wanted me to try to make them. He said they were perfect. I used frozen meatballs and subsituted cream of chicken for one of the cans of mushroom soup. (I only had one can) Thanks so much I am sure I will be making these often.

Everyone at dinner enjoyed this. I doubled the meat and sauce and only had one can of mushroom soup, so I used a can of cream of onion. Will make again.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

This roast was "awesome". Everyone loved the gravy. I used beef broth instead of water and thickened it with a bit of corn starch. I made the "make ahead potaotes" with this. Yummy meal. Thanks

Make-Ahead Mashed Potatoes

Old-Fashioned Swiss Steak

This was a hit. My husband loved it and is eating the leftovers for lunch tomorrow. I used 2lbs of round steak, 1 can tomatoe sauce and 1 can of diced tomatoes and some beef stock. i will definetly make this again. Thanks
