Corn Tortillas

Easy and great tasting. I added 2 tablespoons of splenda to add a wee bit of additional flavor and I used a butter spray when cooking them. I will never buy store bought tortillas again.

Trail Mix Bars (No Bake)

WOW!! I added Chocolate Chips and Walnuts to this already wonderful recipe. I then baked them in cupcake tins. These were the best pumpkin cupcakes I have ever made and my family ate them all within 24 hours.
