Holiday Chicken Salad
Made for a tennis potluck and everyone loved it. Followed recipe exactly. Maybe add water chestnuts but otherwise perfect the way it is!

Alicia's Aloo Gobi
Cooked this tonight for the first time for hubby and college age daughter. We LOVED it! We have a sister-in-law who is from India and she used to always make Aloo Gobi for Christmas dinner and my family said this was just as good as hers! Per reviewers suggestions I used 1 tsp cayenne pepper, skipped garam masala, steamed cauliflower ahead of time and added towards the end. Will definitely make again!!!

Baked French Toast
I just made this for the first time for my college age daughter and her 4 girlfriends. They gobbled it up! I was actually quite surprised how much they ate! Barely any left for me and my hubby (he really liked it too!). Served with a big bowl of fresh fruit. I read a lot of the reviews and used 6 eggs, 3/4 cup milk,3/4 cup half-and-half cream. I dipped the pieces of bread and put them in one layer so ended up using 3 glass dishes. Before baking I turned them. I baked 20 minutes, turned again and then added the sauce. Will definitely make again.
