Baked French Toast
I just made this for the first time for my college age daughter and her 4 girlfriends. They gobbled it up! I was actually quite surprised how much they ate! Barely any left for me and my hubby (he really liked it too!). Served with a big bowl of fresh fruit. I read a lot of the reviews and used 6 eggs, 3/4 cup milk,3/4 cup half-and-half cream. I dipped the pieces of bread and put them in one layer so ended up using 3 glass dishes. Before baking I turned them. I baked 20 minutes, turned again and then added the sauce. Will definitely make again.
