Ok... first, my changes. I used TVP because we can't really afford the crumbles. I also reduced the heat slightly by leaving out 1 can of green chilies, the jalepeno seeds and some of the chili powder.
Keep in mind that I am a new vegetarian (only a few weeks), so I still have a taste for meat even though I have chosen to no longer consume it. AND, also my fiance is NOT a vegetarian, but eats many vegetarian meals with me.
With that being said. We LOVED this recipe! I had many non-vegetarians try it and they all loved it. It's hearty, WAY filling, and wonderfully satisfying!!
The best part? Two days in the fridge made it even better!
