Just a wonderful dish.My son is a chef and he thought it was great. My family is Italian and hard to please when it comes to Italian cooking everyone loved it.I did add 2 nice sized cloves of garlic and red pepper to taste and did not change a thing in the ingredients.

Balsamic Pea Salad

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2009
This is wonderful. I made it for a family gathering and everyone loved it. I doubled the recipe for approx. 12 adults. I also used 16oz. of Feta because we all enjoy Feta it did not make the the salad over powering. I also used 3/4 cup of light mayo and 3/4 cup of reg. mayo and let it sit overnight.

Balsamic Vinegar and Ginger Bok Choy

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2009
I really did not care for this. I love anything with balsamic vinegar. Vegetable was over cooked waiting for the water to evaporate. Not what I expected.

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2008
This is just fantastic. I did not use the flour as others advised. Next time I may try Panko bread crumbs I find these have a crisper crust. I will double the sauce and serve over rice. So easy to prepare done in a few minutes. If you enjoy balsamic vinegar you will love this dish.

Banana Sour Cream Bread

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2008
JUST THE BEST This was wonderful. I did change a few things. For half a recipe I used 1 cup of sugar, thinking banana's are sweet enough and I was right. I used 4 banana,s, and 1 cup of chopped nuts. I also baked it at 350 and it took approx. a little over an hour. I tested it with a tooth pick. DON'T OVER BAKE!!

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

Reviewed: Jun. 9, 2008
This was just wonderful. I did add approx. 2 large cloves of garlic and seasoned the chicken with salt and pepper. The next time I will use splenda brown sugar just to cut down on the sugar amt. Also I did not want the chicken to pull apart or be to dry so I cooked it about an hour less.

Blue Cheese Coleslaw

Reviewed: Jun. 9, 2008
This was a big hit in my family and friends. What a great change from the ordinary slaw. If you enjoy blue cheese you will love this. I did add approx. 1/2 cup of blue cheese really according to your taste.
