The Best Bacon-Tomato Dip

This dip is good but needs a little tweaking to make it better. I used green onions, added more bacon, salt, pepper and garlic powder.

Chocolate Brittle Surprise

This recipe was wonderful. I did use graham crackers as some others did just because I had them. I cooked this on the stove top rather than the microwave since my microwave is unpredictable. Then I only had to cook it for 10 minutes in the oven. I left off the chocolate chips and it tasted great without them.

Tiger Butter II

This was the easiest, tastiest fudge I've made. The only hard part was finding enough white chocolate. My only advice is that I let mine chill too long and some of it broke and cracked when I cut it. It was much easier to cut when it wasn't rock hard and cold straight from the fridge. Very good recipe.

No-Knead Artisan Style Bread

This bread has a great flavor, however, I cooked mine in a cast iron dutch oven as directed and it tasted too smoky for me because the cast iron was too hot after preheating that long. Nex time I think I will try baking it on my pizza stone and see if it works better. It is an incredibly easy recipe and one worth trying again. I just want to bake it in a different manner next time.

Best Brownies

These brownies were wonderful. I'm only reviewing the brownie recipe since I didn't use the frosting. I followed the recipe exactly and stirred this in the same pan with a wooden spoon without beating it and my brownies came out very fudgy. Thanks for an easy, go-to brownie recipe.

Good 100% Whole Wheat Bread

Sue's Hot Fudge Sauce

This is a delicious bowl of wonderful goodness! I did make a few changes to the recipe but only for my personal preference. I don't like overly sweet things so I decreased the sugar to 2 cups per other reviews, doubled the cocoa and added a pinch of salt. I had no problems with crystallization since I stirred it during the entire boiling process and didn't need to blend it after. This is a great hot fudge sauce that you can adapt to your personal tastes and make it as sweet or as chocolately as you like. Yum!

Buttery Rolls

I have to say first of all I am usually not a yeast roll fan but I went ahead and made these because they sounded great. Boy was I surprised by these. They are light, airy, buttery and simply wonderful. Having an easy recipe made it all the better. I love these rolls! Only change I made was to brush the tops with melted butter prior to baking. Perfect for the holidays.

Tonkatsu / Katsu Sauce

Chicken Katsu

This was such an easy dish and good too. I added some garlic powder, salt and pepper to the panko to give the chicken flavor. I only used about 1/4 inch of oil to fry the chicken in. It was crunchy and delicious.

Eclair Cake

I made this to use up graham crackers and pudding mix I had on hand. It was so easy and so delicious. I made my own chocolate glaze for the top (3 tbsp cocoa, 3 tbsp melted butter, 3 tbsp milk, enough powdered sugar to make pouring consistency) and it turned out great. This will be something I will take to potlucks in the summer months definitely.

This bread is fantastic! It turned out great in my bread machine. I made it on the longer setting (4 hours) for white bread and that gave it enough time to brown evely. Tastes just like the bread at Macaroni Grille.

Apple Walnut Bread

Yum yum. I made the recipe in a 10 inch tube pan and had to bake mine an extra 10 minutes. It doesn't rise much and the batter was pretty thick too. My apples didn't disappear in the bread because I left them chunky. I only added a little nutmeg in with the cinnamon. Thanks for this great recipe!

Honey Oatmeal Bread I

This bread has good flavor but a few adjustments were needed. I had to add 1/4 cup extra flour and I increased the yeast to 2 tsp since the amount called for was too little and others said theirs came out too dense. It is a great bread but needed a little help.

Steakhouse Wheat Bread for the Bread Machine

This was really good bread. I reduced the coffee amount only by a little bit because others said it was bitter. I doubled the recipe and put it in my breadmachine on the 2 pound setting. It turned out great. Soft, fluffy texture with great taste. Not an exact copy of the steakhouse bread but still good bread.

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies

This is an amazing cookie. I used butter instead of margarine since I usually don't have it. They are very peanut buttery which I like. Very easy dough to work with and mine were done in 10 minutes. Thanks for this great recipe.
