Butternut Squash Soup II

Delicious! Made as directed. Boiled squash for 30 min to make it easier to peel. Yum, whole family loves it. Definitely a keeper.

Maria's Portuguese Bacalau

Delicious! I used fresh cod instead of salted, and added salt. My wife, she is Portuguese, loved this recipe. I will be making it for her as often as she will like. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Melt - In - Your - Mouth Shortbread

These were delicious! Definitely had to keep them in the fridge until they were gone, but they were gone by the next day!
