Lemon Coconut Squares

Very good recipe. I made this for work and everyone loved them. They were easy to make and tasted great. Do use real lemon juice.

Easiest Eggplant

This was very good. I followed other reviews and I sauted the onion and fresh mushrooms first and I also added a third can of cream of mushroom soup. It turned out very yummy! (I used two cans of reduced fat cream of mushroom soup and 1 can regular garlic cream of mushroom soup.) Great recipie!

German Chocolate Thumbprint Cookies

Peanut Butter Choco Chip Cookies

Quick Crescent Taco Pie

Very good recipie. Made it a bit lower fat buy using "exta lean" ground beef, fat-free sour cream, red-fat cheddar cheese and baked tostido's. We could not tell the difference. Will be making it again.

Strawberry Cream Roll

The cake roll stuck to my towel. I ended up having to put the whole diaster into a big bowl. My husband stil said it tasted good, but it looks like big mess. Need more explaniation on making jelly rolls.
