Quick Chicken Cordon Bleu

This was excellent. I added a piece of swiss cheese with the ham to roll up in the chicken. I had a lot of leftover bread crumbs, so next time I will use half.

Blueberry Muffins II

These are perfect muffins. Fill the muffin tins to the top. It makes 12 yummy muffins.

Cajun Seafood Pasta

This has a great cream sauce with just the right amount of herbs and spices. I make it often. It's best served immediately after the sauce is poured over the fettuccine.
