This recipe is wonderful! After having a craving for something with cranberries, I happened upon this delightful rendition of a fall favorite. I doubled the recipe to include a whole bag of cranberries. It was a smash hit with my in-laws and definately a keeper in my collection!

German Potato Salad

My husband 'volunteered' me to make German Potato Salad for a BBQ. I've never made it before and found this recipe. It looked easy enough. Instead of boiling potatoes, I microwave them. It doesn't make that lovely mess when it's time to clean up. Needless to say, the recipe was a HUGE hit. I was asked several times for the recipe. I got their e-mail address and simply came to back to the website and sent it to them. I love this site and this collection of wonderful resource of recipes!
