J.P.'s Big Daddy Biscuits
These biscuits are good. They go together fast and with few ingredients. I always have to add a tad more flour to the mix so it's not quite as sticky. However, they rise beautifully and are soft and perfect for biscuits and gravy! I don't roll out the dough. I just add some flour to the counter and then turn the dough a couple of times and pat down to the thickness I want. I then use a large mouth cup to cut mine out.

Cream Cheese Frosting II
I followed this recipe exactly with no variations at first. It was very thin. I had to add almost 2 more cups of sugar to get it to stiffen at all and then put it in the fridge over night before it really firmed up. I reviewed a similar recipe I used in the past and it called for 1 cream cheese to 2 cups sugar and was firm and able to use right away. I would not use this recipe again.

Chad's Slow Cooker Taco Soup
My family liked this a lot. It was a bit thinner than I was expecting, so I added a bit of cornstarch to thicken it up a some. I also omitted some of the hot sausage and peppers for my kids. All in all it was a nice recipe and I will make it again.
