Me and my husband of four years are living happily in Denver with our two dogs. My husband does NOT cook at all, so it's up to me to keep us fed with healthy foods rather than his pick of fast-food. I am much more interested in baking. Breads are my favorite to experiment with, but I enjoy making anything that will suprise and delight those that I serve to. My mother was a great cook, but she never measured anything. It still amazes me to this day that she can just guesstimate and still turn out a perfect meal every time.
