Savory Pork Chops

Awesome! A great way to make pork chops! Unfortunately I ran out of ketchup and didn't have any marmalade; but Country Joe's steak sauce and honey did the trick. Thanks!

This was good. I needed a casserole recipe to finish off some ground beef. I didn't have tomato sauce, but I used fresh cherry tomatoes which were good. I added some garlic and mustard powder during simmering, which I think gave it a little extra something. Thanks for sharing!

Best Fried Green Tomatoes

These are the best fried tomatoes I've ever had! Wow! I had no trouble with the batter like some reviewers. I did add red pepper flakes for some heat and took Milon's suggestion for the dijon sauce. These were just terrific! They were even good cold the next day. I can't stop thinking about them!

Ground Cherry Pie II

Very Good. I have been needing a recipe to utilize the yield of my ground cherries. I cut the sugar back, made a pie crust with a criss-cross top, and added some lemon juice to give it some extra tartness. Makes an excellent presentation. I think the original crumb topping would be fantastic as well.

Cheese Frenchy Sandwiches

This was delicious! I think the creator of this recipe meant to state that the sandwiches "can" be frozen up to a month and don't "have" to be frozen to cook. I made the sandwiches and then loosely wrapped them in foil. I stuck them in the freezer for about an hour so that everything firmed up. Then I fried them and enjoyed! I used club crackers instead of saltines, and they were quite yummy.

Strawberry Pie III

I made this for a couple of friends and they loved it!! However, I made a few changes and used a graham cracker crust instead of the toast. Also, I didn't have any marshmallows or frozen whipped topping on hand, so I used about a half cup of "Reddi-Whip" and added it to the cream cheese and sugar. Yum.
