Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

This is an awesome soup! I made quite a few changes though! First i didnt havve any ham on hand so i used Bacon and saucteed that with lots of garlic, some onion and mushroom. Put in about 4 cups of red potatos. Then added 3 cups of water and 1 1/4 cup of chicken broth with added spices like Italian Seasoning, pepper, garlic salt, paprika, rosemary, and parsley. I also added some broccoli too! Cooked that for about 30 minutes, then added the cream sauce. I put in about 1 cup of chedder cheese, and 1/4 cup of parm. cheese. It turned out wonderful!

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

These cookies are awesome! I did not double the batch but just added a few things...1/2 teaspoon of baking powder, 1 extra egg, 1 teaspoon of vanila, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon and a dash of salt. I also did 1/2 cup of brown sugar and 1/2 cup of white sugar. I baked them for 12 minutes, and when they were about half way done a did the criss-cross thing with a sugar coated fork on top of the cookies. they came out very moist, not to heavy and very yummy! One batch made about 21 good size cookies! I will definitly make again!

Quick and Easy Green Chile Chicken Enchilada Casserole

This was so easy and so good! I added some of my own touches though that made it way more flavorful in my opinon. I cut up 4 chicken breasts in cubes and sauteed them in a pan on the stove with some chopped onion and fresh crushed garlic and seasoned with salt, pepper, Cumin and Chilli Powder. Removed chicken from pan and mixed the sour cream and chicken together. I put a 1/2 inch of sauce on the bottom of my baking dish, tore up about 6 corn tortilas and layered the chicken sour cream mixture, black olives and cheese. I soaked the tortillas in the enchilada sauce instead of pouring it in. I did pour the lilttle ramaining sause i had on top when i finished layering everything. After baking if for 45 minutes , i lte it cool down for about 5 minutes then put it in the fridge for about 15 so it would "set" quicker. I served it with Spanish Rice and my husband LOVED it!

Easy Garlic Broiled Chicken

This Chicken is absolutely AMAZING!!!! I followed the recipe exactly except just adding about a 1/4 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce. I baked it for about 30 minutes then broiled it for about 8 minutes after that. My husband LOVED LOVED LOVED IT!!!! I will be making this again!

Creamy Artichoke Pasta

This recipe is great! I added more artichokes. I didnt have any cottage cheese on hand so i just used a lil more sour cream and you cant even tell the difference!

Spicy Basil Chicken

This dish is great! Just cut the Oyster Sauce down to 3 Tablespoons instead of 5 and its pefect! Taste just like the kind you would get dining out!
