This was very good! I made it exactly as written and we loved it. You could definitely add other vegetables to the sauce and change it up any way you prefer. I always make recipes as they are printed before adding my own touches though and this one is definitely 5 stars as written!

Swiss Steak Stew

This was a very good recipe that we will definitely have again. I did add some celery and carrots just because I always put them in Swiss Steak. I also added some salt and pepper when I put it in the crock pot and probably doubled the amount of tomatoes but only because I always throw extra veggies in soups and stews. Very, very, very good!

Campbell's® Healthy Request® Skillet Herb Roasted Chicken

This was a very easy even though it was a touch bland. We enjoyed it and it is a good Weight Watchers choice. I will definitely make it again but will probably add a few spices to either the chicken or the sauce just to make it a little more interesting.

Wisconsin Native's Beer Cheese Soup

This was pretty good. I only put in one can of beer (which is probably 1 1/2 cups), other than that I followed the recipe exactly. There was a taste that I'm not sure about. My husband said it was the beer and that I should leave it out next time. I thought it was the mustard. Other than that, we really enjoyed it. A lot of people mentioned consistency problems and that it was time consuming. I didn't think it took that long to put together and it was a very nice consistency. I did add a bit of Wondra to the broth and veggies before I added it to the cheese mixture to keep it from being too thin. Thanks for a nice recipe.

Zucchini Brownies

We really liked these. They were very dry when they went into the pan but came out very moist. Mine were a little grainy from the sugar but I would definitely make them again.

Pizza Casserole

I'm giving it 5 stars because my husband raved about it! I changed it marginally just because we like leftovers. I doubled the amount of noodles, cheese. and ground beef and didn't use the green pepper. I didn't double the sauce and I thought it was plenty saucy. I did add a little black pepper. All in all it was a pretty good versatile recipe that you can tweak to your own taste quite easily.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

This was excellent! It tasted like scalloped potatoes. A lot of reviews said it wasn't thick enough but mine was a very nice consistency. I don't get into measuring veggies (especially in soup) so I probably used more than the recipe stated, but other than that I followed the recipe exactly and it is very good. Thanks for an outstanding contribution.

Ruby Red Layered Salad

I made this for Thanksgiving and it was a huge hit! Yummy! I used just raspberry jello (sugar free) and it was very good! Looks very pretty in a clear glass bowl!

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

YUMMY!! My family loved this! I made it exactly as written except that I sliced it about an hour before serving and put it back in the crock pot. This is definitely going to become a favorite for us. Thanks for a delicious recipe.

Lazy Man's Pierogi

I had a friend who used to make this. Her recipe was a touch different as far as the preparation but the end results were very similar. My husband LOVED this. He was so excited when he finally got to know what was coming out of the oven. He said that the meal could have been just this and he would have been happy. This is definitely a keeper at our house I guess! I might use a whole pound of bacon next time, but the recipe is perfect just as it stands! Thanks for a wonderful recipe!

Slow Cooker Mashed Potatoes

These potatoes were awesome! I made them on Thanksgiving and it was great because I was able to have the dishes etc. all cleaned up before guests started arriving. When we started eating my 21 year old nephew said "these mashed potatoes are great!" Somehow you expect you might get a compliment on something you cooked for a holiday, but I never expected it on the potatoes. These will become a regular for holidays in our family. The only change I made was that I didn't use red potatoes. The recipe is perfect as is!

Blue Cheese Potatoes Delmonico

Well....I did something that I never do and that is to make this without reading the reviews. I prepared them exactly as the recipe is written. They were about the consistency of scalloped potatoes and looked very good. The bleu cheese couldn't even be tasted. My husband and I liked them but my son tasted them and decided not to have anymore. I don't think I would prepare them again simply because they were a lot of fuss to get to a bland end result.
