Chicken Avocado Pizza

AWESOME! I used pico di gallo instead of tomato and made 1 12' inch pizza.

The only exception I made was to mix the cream cheese and sugar with a hand mixer and the rest was mixed by hand. This is a very important step that will prevent your cake from cracking. After the baking hour....shut the oven off AND LEAVE IT ALONE....it was turn out PERFECT!

Sausage and Peppers Lasagna

I used lean hamburger (93/7) and used only 1 package of low fat cream cheese. Used a slightly larger jar of spaghetti sauce so no water was needed. Added more Italian spices & crushed red pepper....EXCELLENT

Buffalo Chicken Burgers with Blue Cheese Dressing

AWESOME!! I added diced onion to the patties and omitted the worcestershire sauce from the sour cream/blue cheese mixture. Definitely don't need to added sodium. Sauce was perfect

Chocolate Zucchini Cake I

I substituted applesauce for oil. Nutmeg for cloves. Sour cream for sour milk. Put 1/2 cup of choc chips in the batter and sprinkled 1/2 cup on top. No walnuts. Frosted w/Duncan Hines Milk Chocolate frosting. AWESOME!!

Easy Decadent Truffles

I reduced the powdered sugar to 2 cups and used 1 bag (2 cups) milk chocolate chips. The taste was awesome but the rolling process was challenging. By the time I rolled 4-5 they were sticky so I had to put back in the freezer, wait, then roll 4-5 more....

Manicotti II

I did not have jumbo shells so I put the mixture on lasagna noodles and rolled up. I used reduced fat cream cheese & lots of Italian spices. Added minced garlic to the turkey sausage. Good!

Lazy Lasagna I

I used hamburger instead of sausage and added lots of spices cuz we like it spicy. I used no boil noodles and omitted the water. It was good but my husband said it needed more sauce. Will make again and use more sauce, regular lasagna noodles and add water to the sauce instead of pouring around the edges.

Creamy Zucchini with Linguine

I did not use any olive oil; instead sauteed in 2 T light butter. Used half & half instead of milk. Looked and smelled good but was VERY bland. Tried to add more garlic, oregano, crushed red but nothing seemed to work.
