Ants on a Log
I do an 'adult' version of this for my lunches. I mix the raisins/dried cranberries with the peanut butter in a to-go cup and use it as dip for my celery sticks.

Spanish Rice Bake
Wonderful recipe! Husband and daughter made so I assume they followed the directions without additions. No leftovers on this meal.

Easy Tuna Casserole
Added some garlic/roasted red pepper seasoning to the mixture. No leftovers on this one! The family loved it!
