Easy Broccoli Quiche

Made two of these recently, used skim evaporated milk . Add bacon to one for our meat eating friends and the other one as is. Was a hit from both sides. Will definitely make again.

Butternut Spice Cake

I live in Australia and have not always been able to purchase marshmallow fluff but now seems to be readily available. I also added grated orange rind for a bit more zing. Have noticed family is now eating a lot more fruit, which has to a good thing.

Italian Rice Balls

I am an avid rice eater, and really enjoyed these. A little short of time one night and put rice in steamer in microwave and then proceeded as stated, turned out fine. Have at different times added sun-dried tomatoes, olives, basil, etc., and they have still been really yummy. This recipe is very adaptable to different tastes.

Raisin Pound Cake

I threw in some chopped glace cherries as well, and did not have lemon essence so just grated some lemon rind. The guys at work thought it was a nice normal cake for a change instead of the chocolate or rich cakes that I usually take in. Sue

Gingerbread III

Bee Lian's Rich Orange Cake

This was absolutely delicious, perfect as is, no adaptions necessary. I topped it with a light chocolate frosting. I like all things lemon, so I tried it again using lemon juice instead of the orange juice, just as yummy, used a lemon/orange frosting this time. sueie
