Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole

So easy, and turns out great everytime! Kids and husband love it; and son is a picky eater. I just add a dash of pepper to the batter.

This is so good! We are trying to save money, so I am buying in bulk and going to the store a lot less. I didn't know what to do with Spam. I didn't have seasoned bread crumbs. I had cornflake crumbs, and added some italian seasoning. That's the only thing I did different. We really liked it!

Nick's Favorite Cherry Pecan Bread

I usually make Cranberry Walnut bread, but saw this and thought I'd give it a try. It is wonderful. My family loved it. Sweet, but not too much. Perfect texture. It will become a holiday tradition. Thank you for sharing!

Easy Blueberry-Lemon Parfait

I am rating as a 4 just because I am not big on ginger snaps. I did like the flavor, and nutritious value. I used Yoplait thick and creamy lemon meringue yourt. It worked well. Next time I may try crumbled graham crackers or granola instead of ginger snaps.

Asparagus and Cashews

This was so good! I love recipes with only a few ingredients. I used 1/4 tsp. ground ginger instead of fresh. It worked very well. The blend of cashews and soy sauce give the asparagus a wonderful flavor. Thanks!
